Paul Richter was a German artist who had been living in Canberra for the previous 3-4 years [as of 2003]. His productions combine many elements of electronic music and reach from progressive house and trance to breaks and ambient soundscapes. He later produced work under the project name 'Karton'.

This compilation was released on CD in 2003 and on Bandcamp in Dec 2015. We have not been able to contact all the artists in 2015. We have placed these tracks online for purposes of preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of these artists.
